Central Real Estate is a progressive, energetic and forward-looking real estate office with sales associates that know the community and the people we serve.
It all began when Vincent Moscardelli retired in 1982 from Quincy Public Schools. His last post of duty was as Principal of Central Junior High School where the name Central Real Estate was adopted. Vincent started up the company in 1986 opening the doors just steps away from Central Junior High. He continued his mission in serving the needs of the community with his leadership as a committed real estate professional. Shortly afterwards he relocated to 128 Mayor McGrath Highway also in Quincy where the company still resides.
Due to Vincent's great success it was in 1999 he expanded the business and opened a second office at 339 Hancock Street, North Quincy. Vin invited well respected and long-term associates Jian Zhi Tan, Patty Sullivan and John Boey to join him as partners of the company. As a result formed the Central Real Estate LLC.
Vincent achieved many accomplishments over the years. Just to mention a few: he was elected into the Quincy Football and Baseball Hall of Fame, voted the 1996 Realtor of the Year, most recently The Quincy Sun 2007 Citizen of the Year.
Vincent's love for golf and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) earned him the “Jerry Award” for his help to raise more than $85,000 from his yearly tournaments.
Sadly, Vin passed away on July 8, 2007. Respectfully with the help of his family, friends and associates the Vincent R. Moscardelli Scholarship Fund has been set up in his memory.
Vincent's two daughters Suzanne Hegarty and Merilee Moscardelli -Trenholm will both continue to participate as an active part of the company. The company is all about family. Vin was all about family.
We have tremendous respect and admiration for our great leader. We will continue to serve you with the same integrity and professionalism as Vin Moscardelli.
Sincerely,
Broker/Owners
